Holiday Returns – Items purchased between November 19th and December 22nd must be returned before January 15th and follow the following guidelines.
Any item purchased from cookingkitchenware.com can be returned within 30 days in a brand new, unused condition, with the original packaging retained. The purchase price can be refunded minus shipping costs. If your product comes with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in a brand new, unused state to receive a full refund.
Products that are not brand new, unused, or in their original packaging will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
